We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Headteacher and Officer Manager at The Beaulieu Park School.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our school. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Headteacher and Officer Manager, including managing their diaries, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.

You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and Officer Manager, including managing their diaries and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
