Project Manager - Civil Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our £10 Million Marine & Infrastructure Scheme in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Project

The project involves the construction of secant piles, concrete structures, and associated marine & cable laying. You will be working closely with our team of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the project team to deliver the project on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project
