Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PeopleCentre Administrator to join our team at Undisclosed. As a key member of our Employee Lifecycle Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and line managers across various stages of the employee lifecycle process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Enquiries: Assist with internal and external HR-related enquiries, ensuring accurate advice and guidance are provided in a timely manner.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Own and deliver on cases covering all employee lifecycle stages, including leavers, contract variations, and advising on company policies and employment legislation.
  • Process Management: Ensure processes and activities are carried out to business standards and legislative requirements, including data protection and employment law.
  • Payroll Support: Answer payroll queries from employees and work with the Time and Attendance Team and Payroll Team for resolutions.
  • Benefits Maintenance: Maintain customers' benefits, including pension, private medical, and drivers' checks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with onsite tasks, such as mail merging letters and project work, and maintain digital copies of employees' records.
  • Attendance Management: Support with attendance management cases by advising managers on cases and running reports.
  • Group Wide Projects: Support with group-wide projects and local HR teams to provide solutions to complex issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce and submit reports on general HR activities and perform data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience working in a similar fast-paced HR role, with exposure to payroll practices and computer literacy.
  • Education: CIPD Level 3 or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration qualification desired or relevant experience/working towards this.
