Job Title: REVIT Technician

Our client, a leading M&E Engineering Design Service, is seeking a skilled REVIT Technician to join their team in Hampshire. As a REVIT Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality building services drawings and models using Autodesk Revit MEP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing and issuing CAD/Revit-related information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Producing AutoCAD and Revit building services drawings, including plans, sections, and coordinated models.
  • Ensuring all work complies with CAD/Revit standards and QA procedures.
  • Inputting MEP building services, such as HVAC, electrical layouts, schematics, and water services, into models using the Autodesk AEC suite.
  • Using Navisworks for clash detection during design prior to issue.
Requirements:
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Relevant building services/M&E experience gained within a design and build contractor or consulting engineering environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience using AutoCAD and a minimum of 3 years' experience using Autodesk Revit MEP.
  • Good computer skills across multiple software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able and willing to follow instructions as part of a team and work alone if required.
  • Positive/can-do attitude.
  • The ability to provide sound and innovative solutions to electrical/mechanical problems.
  • Good verbal/communication/influencing skills.
  • Team player.
