Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at CV Technical. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our production facility.

Location: Ilkeston

Shift Pattern: Twilight/Double Days

Salary: Up to £53,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct both reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
  • Manage machine breakdowns effectively.
  • Work with PLC fault finding.
  • Handle sensors, drives, relays, and inverters.
  • Maintain conveyors, bearings, belts, and chains.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven maintenance experience.
  • Electrical qualifications are desirable.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • PLC experience is advantageous.
  • Mechanical expertise is preferred.
