Hunter Dunning Ltd is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join their multidisciplinary team in Sevenoaks. This role offers a unique chance to work on a variety of residential projects, collaborating with a team of professionals in a dynamic and employee-owned firm.

About the Role

  • Produce technical drawing packages for residential projects
  • Design presentation materials, including boards and layouts
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, NHBC guidelines, and other relevant laws
  • Assess risks and create health and safety plans according to regulations
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with drawings and issue instructions as needed
  • Organise drawings properly and back up computer files monthly
  • Measure existing buildings on-site as required for projects

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of practice experience
  • Skilled in the use of Auto-CAD
  • Current knowledge of UK regulations
  • Experience in UK-based residential projects would be essential
