Job Description:

Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Accounts Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise purchase orders and process purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform statement reconciliations and handle and resolve queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scan invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to the credit control process and ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Perform ad-hoc accounts administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • A sound background in a similar varied accounts assistant role, including purchase ledger experience.
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel.
  • A team player with the ability to work at pace and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
