Position: Senior Controls Systems Engineer
Permanent Role
Shift Schedule: 3 on 3 off, rotating between days and nights, 12-hour shifts.

Overview:
  • TXM Recruit is actively seeking experienced Senior Controls Systems Engineers.

Our client is a globally recognized leader in their industry, aiming to expand their workforce at a key operational site with significant ongoing investments and growth plans.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure peak operational performance.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team of 12 to enhance production efficiency.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including motors, controllers, and sensors.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficient in both electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines.
  • Must hold a Level 3 engineering qualification.
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or highly automated environments is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
