Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Every other Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Lunch: 30-minute break
Key Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Service Technician, your primary duties will include:
1. Performing maintenance, servicing, and repair tasks on vehicles to the highest standards.
2. Completing all work efficiently while adhering to manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal productivity.
3. Accurately documenting diagnostic details, completed work, and utilized components in accordance with company and manufacturer protocols.
4. Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
5. Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
6. Understanding the significance of high customer satisfaction levels and striving to meet these expectations consistently.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this Automotive Service Technician position, candidates must possess:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a dealership or similar environment as a Technician
- Strong customer service abilities
- Comprehensive technical knowledge
- A valid Driving License
- The capability to work independently
- A commitment to the quality and efficiency of work performed.
