Director of Student Support

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our pastoral team as a Director of Student Support. This is an exciting opportunity to gain student support experience in a highly successful academy.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to deliver operational and strategic aspects of the Designated Teacher role and Designated Safeguarding Lead. They will oversee and lead the support offered to other students who are vulnerable and/or who are failing to engage with education.

The postholder will work 8:00am to 16:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 15:30pm on Friday, term time only plus 2 weeks.
