Job Description

Regional Health & Safety Advisor - Kent Area

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the Health and Safety leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating health and safety standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workplace inspections and report findings
  • Provide health and safety support in the construction and building services sectors
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent
  • CSCS Professional card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
