As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to our customers in the Oxfordshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend customer locations to assess and agree on work priorities, ensuring safe working practices are adhered to.
* Liaise with customers and controllers to provide clarity on expected work, timescales, and costs.
* Identify root causes of breakdowns and obtain necessary parts in a cost-effective manner.
* Ensure all work complies with engineering standards and Briggs/manufacturer specifications.
* Carry out inspections and checks on own work, ensuring equipment performs satisfactorily and is safe before handing back to customers.
* Identify further work required on machines and inform customers, especially where costs are incurred.
* Complete job and service documentation correctly, obtaining necessary signatures and documents from customers.

* A competitive base salary up to £34,232 per annum, based on a 40-hour working week.
* Overtime payable at 1.5x Monday-Saturday and 2x on Sunday.
