Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our client, a leading Groundwork and Civil Engineering Contractor. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple residential schemes between £2-15 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and cross-checking CAD information to ensure accurate site layouts.
- Conducting photo-based dilapidation surveys and topography surveys to inform site planning.
- Providing technical guidance to the site team to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Ensuring quality assurance and record-keeping, including S104 and S38 surveys and street works applications.
Requirements:
- Experience in groundworks and civil engineering, with a strong understanding of site management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and report to senior engineers.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools.
