Clinical Care Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Registered Manager to lead our nursing home in Leeds. As a Clinical Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the care team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver excellent care services.
- Care Service Delivery: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our residents and are delivered in a safe and effective manner.
- Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of care staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care services.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with CQC standards and regulations, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Qualifications: Degree or similar level qualification, and a valid NMC pin as an RGN or RNLD.
- Experience: Significant experience of operational and organisational management of a domiciliary, supported living or residential care service, including supervisions, appraisals, managing a budget, and knowledge of rostering programmes.
- Skills: Creative problem-solving, leadership, management, and communication skills.
