About the Role:

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team at our small pool. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • Teach swimming lessons to students in a safe and effective manner, ensuring that classes commence and finish at designated times.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Continuously improve the swim lesson programme and service to swimmers and customers.
