About the Company:
- A creative agency located in London, specializing in managing the personal brands of F1 drivers.
- Engaged in various sectors including branding, marketing, social media, merchandise, digital initiatives, and content development.
- Operates in a small, agile start-up atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop captivating content and foster a loyal fan community for a leading athlete in Formula 1.
- Oversee all aspects of the athlete's social media, from strategic planning to content creation and publication.
- Ensure the athlete's personal brand remains consistent in look, tone, and authenticity across all platforms.
- Focus on audience engagement while executing and promoting relevant partnerships and merchandise initiatives.
- Formulate and implement strategies, with some hands-on editing, supported by a Social Media Executive for content production.
- Cultivate a positive narrative around the athlete, identifying opportunities to enhance and distinguish their identity within the F1 landscape.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a comparable agency or team-oriented social media position.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Commercially savvy, with a keen awareness of current social media trends and how leading athletes and influencers maintain relevance.
- Proven experience managing high-profile social media accounts (100k+ followers) is essential.
- Background in motorsport or experience working with elite athletes is crucial.
- Thorough understanding of best practices and emerging trends across major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook).
- Proficient in both long-form and short-form content creation.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 weekends throughout the F1 season is mandatory.
