About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team at Refresco Drinks UK Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of the laboratory, ensuring it is ready for work at all times.
  • Support with sample and benchmark shopping as required.
  • Manage stock consumables, follow cleaning schedules, and comply with audit standards.
  • Perform equipment calibrations, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintain paperwork.
  • Manage ingredient stocks, packaging, equipment, and request samples as needed.
  • Support the research and development team with sample preparation, production sample retrieval, and testing.
  • Handle daily dispatches, raw material receipt, and assist with sensory testing.
  • Manage production material assessments and act as a Health and Safety advocate.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to processes and managing audit actions.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a laboratory setting, although training will be provided. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in a food or drink manufacturing environment.
