Foundation Personnel Limited is seeking a skilled Bulldozer Operator to join their team for an earthworks project in Colchester. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with GPS-guided bulldozers, ensuring precision in site preparation and earthwork operations.

• Operate a D6 bulldozer with GPS for trimming and levelling tasks, ensuring accuracy in earthmoving operations.
• Support the project in earthworks and site preparation, working to specific levels and specifications.
• Utilise GPS technology to ensure precise grading and levelling of the site.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe work environment and using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate closely with site supervisors and other operatives to meet project deadlines efficiently.

• Valid Blue CPCS Card for bulldozer operation.
• Proven experience operating GPS-equipped bulldozers, specifically D6 models.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
