Domestic Loss Adjuster

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Domestic Major Loss Adjuster to join our team at Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing complex and high-value claims, ensuring the best possible outcome for both our customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of claims from instruction to completion, achieving the best possible outcome for both parties.
- Visit homes and sites to assess damage, define project plans, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including detailed claims reports and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic loss adjusting, preferably with exposure to major losses.
- CILA qualification or evidence of progression towards it.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused and professional attitude.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
