Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people with special needs.
  • Comfort and confidence in managing challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to engage with and build rapport with young people.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and flexibility in your supporting style.
  • Experience with SEN or knowledge of learning difficulties.
  • TA qualification.
