Join Our Team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduate teaching assistants to join our team at Aspire People. As a graduate teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers and teaching assistants to support the development of students in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in the classroom with small group interventions and one-to-one support for students with special educational needs (SEN) and lower ability students.
  • Assisting with general class support and contributing to a positive learning environment.
  • Developing skills and knowledge in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and phonics.

Requirements:

  • Graduate status in a relevant subject area, such as maths, English, psychology, education studies, science, or arts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with students, teachers, and other support staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment.
