Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled FLT driver to join our team at Randstad RIS. As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift truck to move goods around the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift: Safely operate a forklift truck to move goods around the warehouse, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain Warehouse Standards: Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping in the warehouse, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Unload and Load Vehicles: Unload vehicles delivering full goods into the warehouse and load outbound vehicles to dispatch to customers and other company sites.
  • Manual Handling: Perform manual handling tasks to rebuild damaged pallets, as required.
  • Productivity Targets: Achieve productivity targets, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • FLT Licence: Must have a valid FLT licence for at least 1 year, with in-house licence also accepted.
  • Manual Handling: Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including rebuilding damaged pallets.
