Job Overview

Join a prominent logistics firm as an HGV Class 1 Driver. We are currently seeking skilled drivers to handle HGV Class 1 operations, offering both early and late shift options. Our client specializes in comprehensive haulage services.

Compensation: £16.00 to £20.00 per hour
Shift Patterns: Early or Late shifts available
Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capable of managing an average of 10-hour shifts with adaptable start times
  • Delivering goods to retail outlets and distribution centers across the UK
  • Arriving punctually and ready to exchange trailers
  • Willingness to undertake occasional overnight stays
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficient in completing delivery documentation
  • A minimum of 2 years of Class 1 driving experience
  • Flexibility to adjust shifts and starting times as needed
  • Possession of a valid CPC & Digi card
  • Completion of a driver assessment and induction prior to the first shift, which is compensated
  • No more than 6 penalty points for minor traffic violations
