About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and prioritizing the needs of residents
- Administering medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines
- Developing and maintaining care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
- Reporting any concerns or issues related to resident health and well-being
Requirements
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
