Future Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN/SEMH Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is based in a supportive educational environment focused on fostering the growth and development of students aged 11-19 with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
As a SEN/SEMH Support Specialist, you will:
1. Provide individualized support to students and facilitate small group activities.
2. Assist children with ASD, ADHD, Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties, and SEMH needs effectively.
3. Employ de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviours and implement behaviour management strategies.
4. Collaborate with educators and other professionals to foster a supportive learning environment.
5. Contribute to the development and execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
6. Demonstrate the ability to positively influence and de-escalate challenging situations.
