Cyber Security Engineer - £60k, Defence Industry, 5 years UK residency required.

Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our client, a global leader in the defence industry. This role will involve designing, building, integrating, and providing through-life support to all Submarine Platforms in the Royal Naval fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage risk in line with industry good practice (NIST, ISO 27001)

• Develop and implement security baselines, mitigations, and controls

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of Operational Technologies/Industrial Control Systems

• Stay up-to-date with MOD Policies and regulations, such as SPF, JSP 440, and JSP604

Requirements:

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant STEM subject or Information Security related

• Recognised Industry Security Qualifications, eg. CCP, CISSP, CISM (or able to achieve)

• Proven experience in product security activities in the defence, maritime, or closely linked domain
