Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients in the life science industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with senior leaders to deliver on roles and establish new business
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies


Requirements:


  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a 360 recruitment consultant
  • Proven track record in winning and delivering on new business
  • Ability to work collaboratively and establish strong relationships
  • Driver and car owner preferred due to office location
