About the Role

CassonX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Hedge Fund Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious Hedge fund that has a macro investment strategy with a strong focus on Fixed Income products, as well as other products such as Equities and OTC Derivatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Control: Manage PnL, price bonds, and perform other product control type responsibilities.
  • Fund Accounting: Maintain the fund's books and records, manage cash flows, and perform audit, tax, and regulatory reporting.
  • Trading Support: Provide support for trading activities, including trade settlements, treasury management, and controls.
  • Investor Relations: Assist with investor relations, including fund documentation, reconciliations, performance measurement, and compliance/audit support.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have strong Fund Operations knowledge gained on the buyside, with experience in product control, fund accounting, and trading support. An understanding of Fixed Income asset classes is essential. While experience in operations and dealing trade lifecycle is beneficial, it is not essential and can be taught.
