Due to expansion, we are seeking a Learning and Development Coach (Apprenticeships) to strengthen our student support team. The ideal candidate will join our dedicated apprenticeship team and primarily focus on supporting apprentices as they navigate their learning journey towards their degree and professional accreditation goals. We particularly encourage applications from individuals with backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Construction.

Main Responsibilities:- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant professional body requirements and guide apprentices in meeting program expectations.
- Ensure apprentices have a clear understanding of their Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA), how the on-programme element prepares them for this, and provide support throughout the process to ensure successful completion.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate formal and informal information sessions on apprenticeship and work-based learning for apprentices, staff, and work-based supervisors/assessors/mentors.
- Organize, attend, and document regular tripartite progress review meetings for apprentices to address apprenticeship requirements, including industry and professional body obligations.
- Provide guidance on academic program structure to apprentices and employers, emphasizing the relationship between academic and industry aspects of the apprenticeship.
