About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team at Candidate Source Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimising campaigns to improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound lead generation strategies across core exhibitions markets and new diversified markets
  • Identify and implement digital efforts to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, including website optimisation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging content and value-add lead magnets
  • Analyse and optimise campaign and channel performance to improve conversion rates and effectiveness
  • Work closely with the Sales teams to identify and generate leads, and collaborate with other teams to develop and deliver activity to launch new initiatives
Requirements
  • Significant marketing experience with responsibility for a varied portfolio of activities in a busy commercial environment
  • Ability to prioritise multiple demands and ensure delivery is focused on activities that add maximum value
  • Up-to-date knowledge and experience of relevant processes, best practice, and tools, with a focus on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
