As a Sales Assistant at Mountain Warehouse, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience. You will be an important part of our store team, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Replenish stock, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is tidy and well-organized.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
