Havas Play is seeking a talented and driven Copy-led Creative Director to spearhead one of our most prominent accounts.
As the driving force behind creative strategy, your expertise in writing and conceptual development will be paramount. While art direction and visual aesthetics are important, we believe that words hold the power to create truly impactful work.
You'll be responsible for shaping the creative vision for campaigns across a diverse range of channels, including social media, digital platforms (including engaging social films), influencer marketing, experiential activations, and television. Experience with innovative technologies such as AR, VR, or MR is highly valued.
We're looking for a Creative Director who can craft culturally relevant and impactful work within the dynamic realms of sports and entertainment. You'll be actively involved in all stages of the creative process, from ideation to execution, leading and mentoring your team of talented individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, establishing a clear creative vision and providing hands-on direction throughout the creative process.
- Collaborate with your team to develop original and innovative concepts that deliver exceptional value to our clients.
- Translate client business objectives and brand goals into compelling and differentiated creative experiences.
- Partner closely with clients and internal teams to align on business objectives, developing the appropriate creative vision, direction, and execution strategy.
- Manage and mentor the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence by introducing fresh ideas and inspiration.
- Work closely with clients, team leads, and third-party vendors to define project scope and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Creative Resource Manager on resource allocation and project management, including planning upcoming projects and adjusting resources as needed for current projects.
