Warehouse Operative Job Opportunity

Optime Group is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Egham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a prestigious client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately count and manage stock levels using handheld scanners.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Operate equipment safely and effectively, adhering to training and safety protocols.
  • Comply with strict security processes and maintain a secure working environment.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as instructed by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • A valid driving license is required, as this role involves traveling to and from Egham for each shift.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work towards targets.
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Able to provide a 5-year checkable history, as this role is in the aviation industry.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive rate of pay: £12.91.
  • 4on 4off shifts, with day shift hours from 6AM to 6PM.
  • Weekly pay every Friday.
  • Free on-site parking and discounts.
  • Temp to Perm opportunity, subject to performance.
  • Immediate start, subject to a 5-year background check.
