Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on utility-related equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Support the installation of new equipment and ensure all repairs are properly documented.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Participate in our continuous improvement program, BOPEX, to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Comply with all company procedures, regulations, and policies.
  • Stop and report any unsafe operations and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Offer flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in repair and maintenance of machinery in a food or drink manufacturing environment.
  • Level 3 NVQ in engineering and 18th Edition certification preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Computer skills and experience working in a team environment.
