We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Howden Group. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, administering insurance policies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
- Administer insurance policies, including renewals, midterm adjustments, and claims handling.
- Acquire new commercial customers and develop business relationships.
- Prepare and present reports to commercial lines managers and supervisors.
- Attend training courses and events to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company software and systems.
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably in scheme business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in company software.
