Voltix Services Ltd, a leading provider of integrated facility management solutions, is seeking a diligent and experienced Gas (Combustion) Bias Engineer to join our team in London.

We are looking for a professional with strong data analysis skills who can maintain and repair various building systems while working across different locations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks issued through our operations team within set time frames. This includes work on HVAC systems, M&E equipment (such as pumps and pressurization units), basic electrical and plumbing work, emergency lighting testing, and tap temperature recording.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a commercial environment is essential.
  • A competent working knowledge of all aspects of building systems and services maintenance is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • Valid commercial Gas Safe qualifications are mandatory. Commercial gas catering & Oftec (oil) certification is an advantage.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (preferably a minimum of 3 years) as a combustion engineer, working on electrical and plumbing systems.
  • A good standard of Health and Safety knowledge and application is essential.

What We Offer
  • Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Flexible working hours may be required during busy periods.
  • Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, overtime dependent upon qualifications and experience.
  • 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Company pension after probation (Employer pays 3%, Employee minimum 3%).
  • Benenden Healthcare after 6 months.
