Lexington Catering: A Dynamic Kitchen Team

Casual Contracts Available

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our relief team, supporting our Lexington sites across central London. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchens, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the area of responsibility is clean, stocked, and presented to a high standard at all times.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our menu and special offers to provide accurate information to customers and clients.
  • Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and in accordance with our procedures.
  • Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents in line with procedures.

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A great team player with a positive attitude.
  • Catering experience is desirable but not essential.
