Electrical Site Supervisor Opportunity

Caddy Group Limited is seeking a skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to join their team. As a specialist healthcare construction contractor with 27 years of experience, they deliver high-quality projects nationwide.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, electrically biased Site Supervisor with experience in the Medical Pre-Installation field. They will work closely with subcontractors and clients to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and control projects from start to completion within a detailed programme.
  2. Work closely with subcontractors to facilitate the safe progress of works.
  3. Manage Sub Contractors and operations on site to ensure project completion meets time and quality constraints.
  4. Regularly monitor and liaise with the Contracts Manager on the Master Programme.
  5. Liaise with the Contract Manager to ensure adequate labour and sub-contract resource is available on site.
  6. Carry out tool box briefings to site teams and sub-contractors.
  7. Plan and efficiently organise site facilities and logistics.
  8. Oversee deliveries and ensure they are done in adequate time in line with the construction programme.
  9. Coordinate closely with Clients on site.
  10. Ensure site documentation and Health and Safety documentation is in order.
  11. Responsible for electrical installation on smaller projects.
Requirements:
  1. Must be electrically qualified to 17th or 18th Edition.
  2. Previous experience working as an Electrical Site Supervisor is an advantage.
  3. Ability to communicate with Subcontractors, clients, and other team members.
  4. First Aid/H&S qualification is an advantage, but training can be provided.
