As an HGV Class 2 Operator, you will be engaged in a full-time role, operating from Monday to Saturday, with a start time of 06:30.

The compensation for this position is:

  • £15 per hour

Your primary responsibilities as an HGV Class 2 Operator will include:

  • Transporting palletized merchandise to various locations such as retail outlets and hospitality venues.
  • Efficiently loading and unloading your vehicle with the necessary goods.
  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections prior to departure.

The ideal candidate for the HGV Class 2 Operator role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid Cat C license with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • No endorsements such as IN, DD, or DR on your driving record.
  • Appropriate safety attire including high visibility clothing and safety footwear.
  • Physical fitness is essential, as you will be required to manage the handling of cages and pallets, often working alongside a colleague during deliveries.
