About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nightshift Team Leader to join our team at ABM UK. As a Nightshift Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that our clients' facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and plans to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • IPAF certification preferred, but not essential
