About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of a supported living provision in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to enhance the lives of individuals with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain high standards in line with CQC requirements and local authority contracts.
  • Develop and implement outcome-focused plans to achieve individual goals and aspirations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support workers to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities and attend meetings as required.
