TimePlan Education is actively seeking a qualified Special Educational Needs Support Assistant to join a secondary SEN institution.

The institution is dedicated to assisting students with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and moderate learning difficulties, emphasizing a student-centered approach to education.


In this role, you will work within a small class of no more than 8 students, providing support to individuals facing anxiety, sensory challenges, and moderate learning difficulties. You will collaborate with the teacher to assist in lesson planning tailored to the students' needs.

Your responsibilities will also include offering one-on-one support to students in the classroom, helping to enhance their self-esteem and acting as a mentor.

It is essential for candidates to possess prior experience in supporting children or young individuals with learning difficulties.

This position operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. There is potential for candidates to transition into a permanent role within the institution.
