About The Role
We are seeking a skilled D365 Functional Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in optimizing our global D365 system. You will be instrumental in addressing key business challenges by implementing a people, process, and technology-driven approach.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing business controls, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence within our Supply Chain Management and Finance functions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions that align with our digital transformation strategy.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing- Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and shadowing sessions to gather requirements and gain a deep understanding of business needs and pain points.
- Lead functional design activities, both internally and in partnership with our preferred technology vendors, ensuring adherence to best practices for successful project delivery.
- Configure the D365 system and provide expert guidance to technical teams, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and align with industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with Technical and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle to support the business and its customers.
- Provide exceptional customer support to end users, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase proposed solutions and prototype future functionalities.
- Design and deliver training workshops to enhance knowledge and adoption of D365 across the organization.
- Conduct thorough testing of functional components to ensure business processes operate seamlessly within the D365 environment.
- Possess a strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Retail operations within an ERP context.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while actively contributing to team success.
- Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks according to established service level agreements (SLAs).
