About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations Sports Tours to join our dynamic team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and enhancement of our sports programmes and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with our client's objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including athletes, coaches, partners, and community leaders, to drive participation and achieve outstanding results.
  • Implement robust systems for monitoring performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify potential risks associated with operations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Educational sports tours (Football in particular) combined with exceptional management skills. You should be an adept problem-solver capable of navigating complex operational challenges. Your ability to lead by example and your commitment to promoting diversity within sport will set you apart.
