Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for providing administrative support and enhancing client communication.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients via telephone to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Support administrative tasks and contribute to survey-related activities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months, subject to review. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
CompensationThe pay rate for this position is £13 per hour.
