We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Supervisor to join our esteemed team at Listers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
Working HoursThe working schedule includes shifts from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, with a designated day off during the week. Sundays will be on a rotational basis from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Compensation and BenefitsOur compensation package includes:
- Access to a company vehicle
- An On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £60,000, which comprises a basic salary starting at £20,000, increasing to £23,000 upon accreditation.
As an Automotive Sales Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring each customer feels valued by understanding their unique requirements and preferences.
- Matching customers with the ideal vehicle, including the right features and enhancements.
- Maximizing sales opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, follow-up communications, and handling inquiries.
- Achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to unit sales, profit margins, finance options, and additional products.
- Complying with company regulations regarding data protection and accurately collecting customer information to enhance our database quality.
This position may be suitable for individuals with experience in roles such as:
- Car Sales Executive
- Retail Manager
- Sales Manager
A valid UK driving license is required. While experience in the automotive sector is preferred, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
