We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity with HVAC Recruitment for a Nighttime Concierge Specialist.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shift: 07:30-16:30 / 08:00-17:00 (flexibility required)


Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and versatile individual to become a part of our team as a Nighttime Concierge Specialist.


Office Management Responsibilities:

Your role will involve initiating the office operations each morning and preparing it for the day ahead. This includes essential tasks such as:

  • Ensuring coffee machines are filled and operational.
  • Conducting spot inspections on cleaning staff.
  • Activating air conditioning systems.
  • Performing health and safety assessments.
  • Checking for any plumbing issues.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Submitting requests for repairs and maintenance.
  • Ordering necessary office supplies and cleaning materials.
  • Welcoming and registering external personnel, including executives and visitors, and guiding them throughout the premises as needed.

Guest Services Duties:

As the primary point of contact, you will manage the intercom system, coordinate room bookings, arrange travel accommodations (including taxis), and organize hospitality for guests and the leadership team.


General Office Support:

Your support will extend to:

  • Processing invoices and forwarding them to relevant internal departments.
  • Answering phone calls and assisting in the organization of charitable and team-building events.
  • Providing ad hoc reports on behalf of the office and collaborating with the onsite team.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, with proficiency in software such as Excel and Word. We value individuals who are:
