Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content plans that align with our brand's overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in social media content.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content decisions and optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform changes to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
  • Lead and train teams in social content creation, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
  • Plan and execute social shoots, aligning with our brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Develop social assets with professional expertise, ensuring they meet our brand's high standards.
  • Assist with model casting to ensure hair representation aligns with our brand values.
  • Manage hair teams and schedules for social shoots, with look intentions signed off by the Global Director of Education.
  • Support PR events to promote social content and brand engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy.
  • Proficiency in self-styling skills with GHD tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and train teams in social content creation.
  • Experience in planning and executing social shoots and PR events.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations using brand guidelines.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to present to senior management.
