Position Overview

Freeway Recruitment is seeking dedicated Class 2 Roll on/Roll Off Operators who possess a positive attitude and are ready to take on Monday to Friday shifts.

Compensation

• Competitive pay rate of £50 per hour (PAYE) with accrued holiday pay.

• 37 hours of holiday pay available for payout.

• Time and a half pay for hours worked beyond 8 in a day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Class 2 Roll on/Roll off Hookload vehicles efficiently and safely within designated regions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws while transporting materials.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and manage the loading and unloading processes.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to safety and security, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment effectively.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class 2 driving license (HGV C or above) with a clean driving record.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in tipper operations is required.
