Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business in chasing payments and building relationships with customers to ensure timely payment.
- Manage daily banking and allocate monies received to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

- Support the business in process improvements and development ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide ad hoc cover during holiday and sickness periods.
- Manage key agent accounts and ensure timely payment.
- Process commission, bonus, and incentive payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control, specifically in a B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and chase payments successfully.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and accounting software packages.
- Ability to work in a team and sole charge, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
